Snow Update

The modeling has continued to trend a little further west during the past 24 hours, so I have increased forecast snowfall amounts a little (see map above). A slight deviation in the current forecast track of this storm will significantly effect the amounts indicated. Snow begins during the predawn hours Thursday and becomes heavy at times during the morning, then lightens during the afternoon. Highs will be in the 20's Thursday. Gusty winds will continue Thursday night and Friday, with lows dropping into the single numbers above & below 0 Thursday night and highs Friday just 5-14. The gusty wind will produce areas of blowing snow.
