Morning Storm Update

There have been two primary areas of moderate to heavier snow so far - one in eastern CT and one over parts of Litchfield & Fairfield Counties. Up to 4.0" or so of snow has fallen in these areas. The snow has been lighter in-between these areas (central CT). If this trend persists, central CT forecast snow amounts will have to be reduced. There are reports of some trees down in New London County (and southeastern MA). Winds are gusting to 30+ mph and will pick up a bit more through midday.
