Heavy Downpours & Potential Flooding

Showers, periods of rain, along with embedded heavy downpours & the chance for a t-storm continue across Connecticut, with Flash Flood Watches up for all counties except Middlesex & New London. An Urban & Small Stream Flood Advisory is up for northern & central Litchfield County until 12:45 P.M. and a Flash Flood Warning is up for Windham & far eastern Tolland County until 3:15 P.M. The rain will taper off from northwest to southeast between 3 pm & 6 pm.
