Parts of the state started out at -10 to -15 this morning. Highs will be within a couple degrees, either side of 20 this afternoon, under a mix of sun & clouds.

Temps will be moderating through the weekend into early next week. High near 32 Saturday, 40 Sunday, and 50 Monday!
Light wind today (mostly under 10 mph). A bit of a breeze (southwest at 10-20 mph) tomorrow will somewhat offset the comfort of temperatures that will be 10 degrees high than today.
No precipitation likely through Monday.
