Snow arrives in Fairfield County by 2-3 pm, Hartford by 5-6 pm, and all of CT by 7-8 pm
An inch or two of accumulation followed by a change to sleet & freezing rain tonight, making for an icy mess.
Much of what falls after midnight will be liquid - freezing rain in northern CT and some plain rain across portions of southern CT. Precipitation tapers off toward dawn (Thursday). Some slick travel in parts of northern CT into the Thursday morning commute.
Temperatures stay mostly in the 20's today, then rise into the 30's tonight.
Thursday starts out cloudy, ends up sunny. High pops up to 50 Thursday afternoon.

Snow developing across southwestern CT between 1-3 pm, Hartford by 4-5 pm, everywhere by 6-7 pm.
