Windy & cold today. Gusts to 40 mph (compared to 60 mph yesterday).
Some flurries or spotty, light snow possible in parts of the state Wednesday afternoon. Most of the snow falls Wednesday night.
Not a lot of moisture with this system, but the snow will be light & fluffy and the "fluff factor" may produce accumulations of 2"-4" by the time it tapers off toward dawn Thursday.
Below average temperatures through the end of the week.
