A high pressure center will continue to move over the region tonight and Saturday, resulting in decreasing wind.  There will be some mid-level cloudiness around at times, though.  Late Saturday into Saturday night a pathetic little low pressure system will pass offshore, well to our south.  Most of our region will remain dry, although it is possible that central NJ and parts of Long Island could get brushed...

Warmer air with higher moisture content will over-run the cold, dry air we have a the surface resulting in snow overnight that will change to mixed precipitation and rain during Saturday.
